You must return your non-personalised item(s) back to us no later than 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of your returns. All exchange requests are subject to stock levels - if the item is unavailable, you will be automatically refunded. We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full price items. Returns must be in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging.
Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full price items (Non-Personalised) returned within 30 days of your purchase. Sale items are non-refundable.
Please note you cannot cancel/amend orders if it has already been dispatched. We try our best to accommodate amendments, device sizes, personalisation, etc. Please contact us within 1 hour of purchasing.

Click ‘Personalise It’
Using our personalisation software, enter up to 1-4 characters (A-Z .,'& ❤️ ♡⚡️ + zodiac signs)
Change the location of the personalisation (selected items only).
Once you are happy with the personalisation click ‘Add to Cart’.
Each personalised product is handcrafted; therefore, the positioning of the monogram varies slightly due to the naturally textured skins/breaks in the croc design. Small breaks may appear in the foil stamping due to the grain of the leather. A maximum of 4 letters can be added (we advise 2 for a better finish).
Gold and silver foiling are available. Personalised letters currently available are A-Z (.,' & ❤️ ♡ ⚡️ and zodiac signs).
Every item is entitled to a repair to personalised lettering within a 3-month warranty period. However, general wear is not eligible. Foiling can fade/scratch over time; to avoid this, prevent rubbing against harsh surfaces and chemicals, e.g., perfumes.
Clean by gently wiping with a soft cloth.
Avoid exposure to:
- Extreme temperatures
- Direct sunlight
- Harsh chemicals
- Rough and abrasive surfaces
